Information received from Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information to create or connect your ExamBadi account. Google's handling of your data is governed by its own policies.
Information collected automatically
We and our infrastructure providers may receive basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the Service, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs. Guest visitors also receive a random browser identifier so essential features can function without requiring sign-in.
3. Google user data
When you select "Continue with Google", ExamBadi requests only theopenid, profile, andemail permissions. From Google, we receive your unique Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google Workspace content.
We use a temporary Google access token during the sign-in request to retrieve this basic profile information. We do not store the Google access token. We store the returned profile fields in our Cloudflare D1 database only to create or link your ExamBadi account, authenticate you, display your account identity, and provide account-based learning features.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We disclose it only to service providers that help operate and secure ExamBadi, when required by law, or as otherwise described in this policy. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Revoking ExamBadi's Google access stops future Google sign-ins but does not by itself delete information already stored in your ExamBadi account. To request deletion of your account and associated Google profile data, emailsupport@exambadi.in.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, and personalize the Service;
- authenticate accounts and keep sessions secure;
- save bookmarks, learning progress, answers, and test results;
- send requested sign-in verification messages;
- prevent misuse, investigate errors, and protect users and the Service;
- understand and improve how the Service performs; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal data or use learner profiles for targeted advertising.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by data type. For example, verification codes are short-lived, while account details and learning history may be retained while your account remains active or as otherwise necessary for the purposes described above.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted administrative access, encrypted network transport, secure session cookies, and access controls. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your personal data, provide access to it, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, erase data that is no longer required, or address a grievance about our processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing; this will not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
You can sign out at any time and can clear browser cookies through your browser settings. To make a data request, email support@exambadi.in. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

The Service is intended for exam preparation and may be relevant to learners under 18. If you are under 18, use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian. We do not knowingly process a child's personal data without consent or other authorisation required by applicable law, and we do not use children's data for targeted advertising or behavioural monitoring.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent may contact us to request review or deletion.
