1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and exambadi.in ("ExamBadi", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to our website, study notes, practice questions, bookmarks, progress tracking, mock tests, and related features (together, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ExamBadi provides learning and exam-preparation material, including notes, questions, explanations, and simulated tests. Features and content may differ by subject, examination, language, account status, and availability. We may add, remove, or revise content and features over time.
ExamBadi is an independent educational platform. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government department, examination board, recruiting body, university, or other institution.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You may browse parts of the Service without an account. To use account features, you must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of the Google account or email address used to sign in.
If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian. A parent or guardian who allows a minor to use the Service accepts responsibility for supervising that use.
Notify us promptly at support@exambadi.in if you believe your account or sign-in method has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
- attempt to bypass access controls, test security without permission, or gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with the Service, introduce malicious code, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- scrape, crawl, copy, or extract content at scale except as allowed by applicable law or our written permission;
- share, resell, reproduce, or publicly distribute substantial portions of the Service or its content;
- use automated systems to manipulate results, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity; or
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.
5. Educational content and exam results
The Service is a study aid, not an official source of examination notices, eligibility rules, schedules, syllabi, answer keys, rankings, or results. Although we aim for useful and accurate material, educational content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Always verify important details with the relevant official authority. Your use of the Service does not guarantee admission, selection, qualification, employment, any examination score, or any other outcome. Practice and mock-test scores are simulations and are not official results.
6. Ownership and permitted use
The Service, including its design, software, branding, original text, question arrangements, explanations, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ExamBadi and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial study. No other rights are granted.
7. Third-party services and links
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including Google sign-in and infrastructure or email providers. Their products, content, availability, and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
8. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including particular features or content. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, or misused the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law—will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamBadi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated results arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any non-waivable consumer right.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction that applies to you, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also receive additional notice where reasonably appropriate. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@exambadi.in.
